RETURN POLICY

We have a stress-free Returns Policy.  Returns are honoured up to 30 days from delivery.

If you wish to return an item, then please contact us at [email protected] with your full Order No and the reason for your return.

We will send you a Return Form, to include in your package.  The GEM should be securely wrapped in the original packaging, along with the return slip and sent to us at:

We recommend using a trackable delivery service to ensure the goods reach us.  *Please do not send any item to us without a Return Form*.

*Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of The GEM*

Once we are in receipt of the returned product and it is found to be in good condition, your refund will be processed.  The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase.  Please be advised that it can take up to 5 working days to show back on your account.


DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unlikely event that your GEM arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at [email protected] with full details of the defect and supporting photographs.  Following review, we will arrange a collection of the damaged/defected material and offer a replacement or refund.  This does not extend to damage arising from improper use, alteration or misuse.
